Location is the best, 5 minutes waking distance to Bell tower, Drum Tower, Ancient city wall. Breakfast is simple but enough for your need. The hotel is located in the food street, convenient but very private room, no noise, no smell. Bed & services are 5* standard, especaliiy the staff, they do not speak English but using phone app to communicate and take personal cares to the guest needs

Ren welcomed me with warmth and genuine kindness, ensuring that I felt like at home from the moment I arrived. A special mention must be made for Xiao Bao, whose assistance was invaluable throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, providing invaluable tips and information about Xi'an's must-see attractions. Her guidance on booking tickets for the Terracotta Warriors was particularly helpful, making my visit to this iconic site seamless and unforgettable. Xiao Bao's dedication to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of guests like myself was truly commendable, and I deeply appreciated her assistance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an. Its superb amenities, prime location, and exceptional service make it a standout choice. the best hotel in our trip, nice and super helpfull staff, great location, great food aside hotel, near xian metro.

The hotal is located very conveniently close to metro and near shoppping mall and food street.The place is very lively and easy accessible to all parts of the city.Only negative i find is the room do.not have any windows plus the lift to the hotel is a bit dirt with smells as its a common lift used by other floors people too.Breakfast spread is good even though smaller and the staffs too god to interact with.

Location was good but the room with a curtain -no window behind- was a bit disappointing. We like our stay in the hotel, very convenient for visiting places in the city.

Very good location, you can walk to the places. Very friendly staff, they welcomed us with fruit, and the room was very large and clean. I recommend it.

The hotel is very central located and beside the noisy party street below (which you definitely hear, but it did not bother us) it is a great location. We enjoyed our stay and got very much help from the receptionists regarding our activities. They were all very helpful and supportive. The room was clean, however on some spots you saw that it is also used by some party people, as drink spills are on some walls. The bed was comfy, the shower ok. The breakfast was very good, unfortunately the rooms are all very dark due to the construction of the building. However, the themes are pretty!

Staff are super friendly, breakfast is great. The hotel is super well located and tidy. Highly recommended
